Heather McMahon: Reaching across 2,600 miles to help a member in need

I talk to employees who are out on disability. They go out due to a surgery, pregnancy, broken foot, broken ankle, and we follow the claim until they go back to work on a full-time, full-duty basis. When you can make a difference in someone’s life that’s on disability, that’s a perfect day.
