Christine Foster: Building trusting, value-added relationships with retirees

The easiest part of my job is listening; developing a relationship with these people. Many times – just because you’re talking on the phone doesn’t mean that you don’t become attached to these people. Being able to become part of their family or part of their world and identifying what it is they need and having a hand in a positive outcome is the best part of my job.
